Guest Facilitator at a Retreat - Soma, Byron Bay

Last month I was a guest facilitator at a beautiful retreat held at Soma, Byron Bay and hosted by the incredible Hilary McVeigh from Designed As You.

I guided the group through some breathwork, and shared some sound healing (crystal bowls and voice) and energy healing.

It’s always so magical sharing at a retreat, as everyone is already dropped in, committing to themselves and open to receiving and transforming. We had some powerful openings.

Chakra Sound Healing Journey at a Retreat at SOMA Byron Bay

Wow, what a magical experience guest facilitating at @simonedennycoaching retreat at @soma.byron 🤍

I shared my chakra sound healing journey, energy healing and channelled some vocals accompanied by the beautiful crystal bowls at Soma.

The energy at retreats is so potent. Everyone has deeply committed to themselves through time, effort and money and the shared intention is truly felt. It’s special to come into that space and deepen people’s connection to themselves.

Afterwards people said they felt grounded, calm, alive, experienced nothing like that before, a little shaky and sick (lots was cleared), grateful, light.

This work is gentle and powerful. I just love hearing how it lands in your bodies and how it supports you.
