I am teaching a Breath, Sound Healing and Energy Healing class weekly at Open Sky in Mullumbimby.
Thursday 5:30pm - 6:30pm.
It is a great express one hour class, intended to support regular release and connection to self. This class will deepen your connection to your intuition and gently and consistently strengthens and expands your capacity to hold more in your life.
If you are wanting a longer and deeper practice, you can keep an eye out for pop up workshops or book a one on one session with me online or in person.
